Hotel policy

Disabled accessibility
For your convenience, our entire team is aware of the reception of people with reduced mobility.
Two of our rooms are equipped to welcome disabled persons.

Non-smoking hotel
For your well-being, the hotel is entirely non-smoking (rooms and the communal areas).
Thank you for your understanding.

Pets are accepted
Upon request we accept animals in our establishment for a supplement of 15.00€ per day and per animal.

Safety
When you leave the hotel for the day please do not leave valuable items in plain view.
If you notice suspicious behaviour in the vicinity of the hotel please inform the security officer or duty manager.

Environment

Respect of the environment is one of our highest priorities.

For you, for us and for future generations, we have adapted the hotel in order to minimise its environmental impact as much as possible.

For longer stays, the sheets are changed following your 3rd night. If you would like your bed to be changed before, please let the reception know.
If you would like your bath towels to be changed, please leave them in the bath or shower.

The bulbs in your room and in the common area are, for the most part, low energy consumption bulbs. They may, therefore, take a few seconds to light up.

We would like to thank you for helping to make an effort concerning the environment.

In case of fire

Please read attentively the evacuation notices which you will find on the back of your bedroom door.

Please also refer to the details below:
The most important thing for your security is that you are certain to know what to do in the case of an emergency.

When you first arrive, allow yourself a few moments to locate the fire exits on your floor and the alarm system closest to your room. The exits are noted on the floor plan that you will find on the back of your bedroom door.

What to do should have a fire in your room
Stay calm.
If the corridor and stairs are accessible, leave your room and close the door behind you and follow the fire exits down stairs.

In case the fire alarm sounds
If the corridor and the stairs are accessible leave your room closing the door behind you and follow the fire exits down stairs. If you are unable to access the corridors and stairs remain in your room and manifest your presence from the balcony and await the arrival of the fire services.

A few survival rules
A damp closed door will protect from a fire for longer. Soak your sheets or towels in the bath filled with water, obstruct as much as possible the door of your room and all opening that could allow the smoke to penetrate your room. Apply damp linen to your nose and mouth and spray the walls of your room if they are hot.
If there is smoke in your room, keep low down: as low as the ground, the smoke will be less dense and the temperature more supportable.
